We are currently closed. If you call us between 18:30-20:30 weekdays, 09:00-17:00 on Saturdays and 09:00-12:00 on Sundays your call will automatically forward to our 'Increased Access' out of hours service where you can book 'on-the-day' GP and Practice Nurse appointments at one of our other network sites in Preston. Travel Vaccinations

Penwortham St Mary’s Medical Centre is able to offer advice and a full travel vaccination programme for work, placement or leisure purposes. We strongly recommend you book an appointment as soon as you have booked/planned your trip, ideally 8 weeks prior to travel, this is due to some courses of vaccines taking up to 1 month to complete.

Please be aware that we are no longer a Yellow Fever vaccination site.

It is essential that you complete our Travel-risk-assessment-form which you will then need to bring in to the medical centre, with a £10 deposit to secure and book your first travel consultation. This deposit will be returned when you attend this first booked appointment.

Please note there will normally be a charge for travel vaccinations.
