- Request repeat prescriptions
- Book appointments
- View your medical record
- Update your personal details
- Contact the practice
You should be able to set-up the NHS App without having to visit the practice. However, if you are unable to link the NHS App to the practice or you wish use any of the other apps, you may be directed to speak with the practice so we can print off registration details.
