Vasectomy cancellation policy
Due to the high demand for appointments and a current waiting time of approximately 2.5 years, we must take steps to ensure fairness for all patients. The procedure appointment requires a 45 minute appointment with our vasectomy surgeon and a nurse.
If you cancel your procedure within 7 days of the scheduled date, you will be discharged from our care. This policy is in place to reduce last-minute gaps that cannot be reallocated and to allow other patients the opportunity to access care in a timely manner.
